Class cancellation policy

XyEnterprise reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum attendance is not met. We will notify you of cancellation three weeks prior to the class start date. If a class is cancelled, you will be rescheduled into the next available class, subject to your availability. XyEnterprise is not responsible for any fees you incur for cancelled classes.

Student withdrawal policy

Written withdrawal is required for refund consideration. Refunds are determined on a sliding scale, according to proximity of notification date and start date of the class:

Withdrawals received 15 business days before the course start date receive a full refund.

Withdrawals received 10 business days before the course start date receive a 50% refund.

Withdrawals received later than the 10-business-day deadline receive no refund.
